Hi, I'm Becky Howie, MA and I help busy professionals struggling with stress and burnout to create balance in their lives so they can go from feeling stressed & tired to feeling happy, healthy & fulfilled. 

Before becoming a psychotherapist and coach, I spent 10 years working in the tech and corporate world at startups and big corporations and I know all too well the strain it can put on our systems.  I teach people skills to manage stress before it gets out of hand so it doesn't lead to bigger issues later.

This Stress Management Group was specially designed to help you achieve these outcomes by learning proven skills and techniques for reducing stress.  I teach a combination of mindfulness, nature-based practices and other proven techniques for reducing stress and reconnecting with yourself and your joy in life.  Whether your stress comes from work, home, transitions, relationships, or kids, these techniques are simple and you can incorporate them into your everyday life without a lot of extra effort for a big impact on your stress and energy levels.
